Overview

Introduction

Trans-Siberian Gold plc (AIM:TSG) is a UK-based resources company with the objective of acquiring and developing a portfolio of quality gold-mining assets in Russia. The Company was incorporated in the UK in 2000 and was admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Alternative Investment Market (AIM) in November 2003.

Strategy

The Company's strategy has been to acquire Russian mining assets on terms which benefited from the market discount then available and to develop them using the best of Russian and international expertise. The Company's policy has been to acquire 100 per cent or controlling interests in Russian legal entities that hold licences for the development of mineral deposits.

Properties

Gold production at the Asacha mine in the Kamchatka region of Far East Russia commenced in September 2011.

The Group's aggregate measured, indicated and inferred resources to JORC standards amounted to approximately 760,000 ounces of gold as at 31 December 2015.
